JORGENSON CLAMP USED AS A LOW IMPACT VISE SECURED TO WORKBENCH ON ONE HALF WITH WOOD SCREWS. WITH JAWS CLOSED HOLES ARE THEN DRILLED IN CLAMP TO MAKE A CLAMPS FOR DIFFERENT SIZE TUBING. CLAMP CAN BE REMOVED AND USED NORMALLY AT ANY TIME.

HOW TO REMOVE A SCREW

A SCREW OR BOLT CAN ONLY BE REMOVED BY INCREASING LEVERAGE A FEW IDEAS:

  1. TAP TOP A SCREW WITH HAMMER. THIS INCREASES CLEARANCE BETWEEN THREADS AND THEREFORE REQUIRES LESS LEVERAGE

  2. HEAT HEAD OF SCREW WITH SOLDERING IRON. THE INTERNAL MOVEMENT CAUSED BY EXPANSION REQUIRES LESS LEVERAGE

  3. VALVE GRINDING PASTE ON SCREWDRIVER TIP. PREVENTS SLIPPING THEREFORE INCREASING LEVERAGE

  4. GRASP OUTSIDE EDGES OF SCREW HEAD WITH DIAGONAL WIRE CUTTERS. THIS INCREASES THE DISTANCE FROM CENTER OF SCREW SHANK TO TORQUE LOCATION THEREFORE INCREASING LEVERAGE.

THIS WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED TO DRILL IT OUT 99.99% OF THE TIME
